How Can severe Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?
What is the best pain management for severe case of spinal stenosis? My sister had a laminectomy about 5 years ago and her pain has flared up again with a vengeance. I was trying to research the various stages of spinal stenosis but can t seem to find any results.

As you already underwent surgery 5 year back so a backache may be due to recurrence. Kindly consult with neurosurgeon and do MRI back to rule out any other possibilities. You may require surgery after consultation to treat stenosis.
